Welcome to Prime Response Pharmacy and Prime Confidence Clinic (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, pharmacy, or clinical services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or receiving any service.
1. About Us
Prime Response Pharmacy is a registered community pharmacy providing NHS and private healthcare services. Our extended clinics (Prime Confidence Clinic and Prime Response Clinical Homecare) provide a range of clinical, diagnostic, and wellness services including, but not limited to: Private health consultations, ADHD assessment and management, CBT, IV vitamin therapy, travel vaccinations, weight management, homecare, and phlebotomy services. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operate under Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
2. Using Our Website and Services
By accessing our website or booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will not misuse the site. Some services require a clinical assessment before approval. We reserve the right to amend or suspend access at any time.
3. Professional and Clinical Standards
All consultations and treatments are provided by qualified, registered healthcare professionals – pharmacists, prescribers, nurses, and therapists. Each service follows evidence-based protocols, and treatment will only proceed where it is deemed clinically appropriate and safe.
4. Booking and Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance and may require pre-payment. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments. We may cancel or reschedule if a clinician becomes unavailable and will notify you promptly.
5. Fees and Payment
All private service fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payments must be made before or at the time of service, and we accept card, cash, or online payment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will only be provided if a service cannot be delivered due to our fault. No refunds are issued once a consultation or treatment has been completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
7. Prescriptions and Medication Supply
Prescriptions are issued only after a suitable assessment by a qualified prescriber. Dispensed medicines cannot be returned unless due to our error. Patients must follow usage and storage instructions carefully. We may refuse supply if it is unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All personal and medical data is securely stored and used only for healthcare provision. Your data may be shared with relevant professionals only with your consent or when required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Liability
We ensure all care is provided safely and professionally. However, outcomes may vary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms do not limit liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
10. Health Advice Disclaimer
Information provided during consultations or on our website is for guidance only and does not replace GP or specialist advice. Seek emergency care when required.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are property of Prime Response Pharmacy and Prime Confidence Clinic. You may not copy or distribute any material without written permission.

Our website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for external content or data practices.
13. Complaints and Feedback
We aim to provide the highest quality care. Complaints should be sent in writing to Prime Response Pharmacy, 70 Chapel Market, Islington, London N1 9ER, or emailed to customer.primeresponsepharmacy@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 10 working days. Unresolved issues may be referred to the GPhC or CQC.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
